Appointment of distributors for increasing sale of insurance and financial services categories as decided by Management from time to time
Ensuring penetration of sale across channel partners
Ability to identify incremental business opportunity with assigned dealers and effectively position Induspay products and programs in order to generate additional volume
Providing effective dealer/retailer training, guidance, direction and support to achieve required objectives
Utilizing state-of-art analytics for dealer consultations and analysis
Communicating finance and insurance product/service offerings and developing promotional plans and programs to meet or exceed sales objectives
Providing day-to-day and ongoing support through utilization of internal relationships and team member collaboration to drive results and to balance opposing points of view between dealer personnel and Induspay.
Monitoring competitor rates and programs and preparing analyses for Induspay management to ensure management maintains a competitive position in all market areas
Obtaining proprietary business financial information from dealership owners and providing consultation in order to obtain compliance with Induspay standards and to improve dealership operations through reporting, analytics and sharing of best practices.
Sale and digital campaigns to push sale of activations and Monthly sale schemes to build sale numbers
Ensuring distributor &retailer expansion as per target plan shared by Management
