Our client, a large investment firm based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for an
Assistant Finance Manager with experience in Real Estate and Investment.
Job Responsibilities: Commercial/ Financial modeling, Feasibility Analysis, Strategic and Commercial Due DiligenceResponsible for Project Finance, deal structuring, performing and presenting Financial and Business analysis, in support of corporate business plans and new Business development projects/ Strategic InitiativesFormulate Business & Corporate Strategy for the groupIdentifying & evaluating growth and diversification opportunities.Evaluate International expansion and investment opportunitiesAssist the Senior Management Team in Project evaluation and StrategyLiaising with banks and other financial institutions for arranging leverages (for investments) / long term funds / project-based finance requirements, etc.Managing Treasury function of the group.Verifying investment proposals and ensuring compliance with company’s investment strategies as to asset classes, region, sector guidelines, IRR, payback period etc.Compiling Management Reports, Financial statements, Consolidated Reports and presentations to management and Board of DirectorsPortfolio valuation & performance assessment.Lead & Manage Group’s accounts team.Supervising accounts department of investment division with Global exposure in portfolios including quoted equities, hedge funds, private equities (direct & indirect), co-partnerships, structured products, etc.Supervising accounts department of real estate division with Leasehold developments, Property development, Asset management and other Real estate businesses – Processing payment requests received from real estate Project Managers and auditing payments of subsidiaries / related companiesInteracting with internal and external auditors.
Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance and AuditPreferably someone who has worked in a financial/investment/asset management/holding companyMust have experience in Financial Modelling and Valuation, Risk Analysis, Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Due Diligence, Feasibility Study, Group Financial Reporting, Investment Proposal Evaluations, MIS, Forecasting and budgetingBachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or relevant qualificationsProfessional qualifications – CA, CFA, CMA, ACCA are preferred To know more about our current vacancies, please visit our website – www.blackpearlconsult.com
