Asst. Manager/ Manager Office – Spectrum Talent Management
-Automating and Developing PowerShell scripts for processes within the environment.
Supports Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online users using MS Office Outlook 2016 and OWA.
-Mailbox management like Mailbox permission, delegation, quota management, mail tracking, and mail transport rule creation/modification.
-Strong understanding of day-to-day functionality in Office 365 services like, Skype for -Business, Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business, Exchange Online & Active Directory
-Leading overall service improvement plan for Enterprise Email services and product adoption drive for Skype for business, Teams, AIP, MFA, MDM, EMS etc
-Assessment of current settings of O365 tenant in terms of best practices, security settings like DKIM, Secure score, SPF, Modern Auth, Legal hold, Archival etc
-Initiate and drive various initiatives for strengthening Enterprise email service improvement plans, security assessment with Microsoft
-Co-ordination with HR department for capacity planning on Licensing provisioning, approvals to support onboarding/ offboarding processes
Weekly/ monthly MIS on overall health of Enterprise email services
