The Business Development Associate position is responsible for the acquisition of new medium to large corporate clients via outbound phone calling, email marketing campaigns and marketing and networking events. Responsibilities also include lead generation and management of prospect database. Additionally, the Business Development Associate is responsible for developing strategies for building the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive lead generation and continuous brand building through various channels including in-person networking events, social media, print, digital content and ad strategies.
Understand customer ‘s business needs and propose unique and effective solutions.
Collaborate with the regional and global marketing teams in business development initiative.
Set targets, monitor and review business performance.
Engages in strategic planning with other team members on client matters.
Develops potential strategies to further enhance client relationships based on issues documented during client visits.
Generates and follows up sales leads, and turns those opportunities into business.
Discovers new customers and expands customer base.
