Customer Service Executive – Gravity Enterprise Management Consultancy
Acted as the first point of contact for account handling and management of customer complaints.
Overseeing all initiatives pertaining to sales and customer service management for the business, ensuring the attainment of the daily sales target.
Scheduled the duty rosters of sales staff, conducted kiosk inspections and spot visits to check the quality of service and sales pipeline, coordinating with the franchisee in regards to issues encountered in the order cycle.
Handling and organizing the company’s participation in trade shows and exhibitions, serving as a sales support to all the account managers, interfacing between departments and customers by routing calls and correspondence.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products/ service.
Monitoring customer records by updating account information via database or NetSuite; process LPO and delivery.
Resolves product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Preparing and submitting monthly reports.
