Customer Service Team Member (Dubai, UAE) – John Crane

An excellent opportunity to work within the Customer Service department for John Crane based in Jebel Ali Free Zone. The ideal candidate will have a techno-commercial background and be involved in being the first point of contact for all sales enquiries, quotations and processing of sales orders relating to our customers based in the Middle East region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of job quotations, including coding and pricing, in coordination with relevant Sales Manager and sister companies
• Support external sales team with specific customers account information
• Networking and communication with customers, agents and other JC operations
• Review customers enquiries and orders
• Following up and monitoring of internal order processing and delivery performance
• Assist finance in resolving payment issues in case of product discrepancies
• Use of SAP and C4C business systems and its relevant modules
• Work with other departments to expedite the service to customers
• Prepare notifications for non compliances
• Review LOC for commercial terms and conditions
