Details: Experience-0-1 Yr Exp(Level 1) *Look at candidates with relevant International voice exp *Outbound exp preferable sales exp is an added advantage *We provide drop only no pick up. *UK (3.30 pm- 12.30 am) – Fixed shift with Fixed offf / No rotational nor extension *Sunday Fixed off • Responsible for handling calls, solving customer queries. • Advising Customers on the right utility partner, thus enable them to save money • Building rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service • Updating customers on latest information about the products & services. • Good communication • Right attitude • Confidence • Willingness to learn • Aggressiveness & Energy Desired Skills •Experience-0-1 Yr Exp(Level 1) *Look at candidates with relevant International voice exp *Outbound exp preferable sales exp is an added advantage *We provide drop only no pick up. *UK (3.30 pm- 12.30 am) – Fixed shift with Fixed offf / No rotational nor extension *Sunday Fixed off
