Freelancer Sneha – Bangalore, Karnataka – To perform operations related to US Employee Benefits Administration. Providing inputs to Payroll Team before salary processing. Managing employee database and providing regular reports to clients. Handling employee queries and customer service. Handling data, reports, analysis, working on excel sheets to provide proper and accurate information to the management. Auditing billing and deduction reports and responding to client and employee queries to meet the SLA. Preferably experience in US health care industry. Ability to handle large volumes of employee data. Usage of Microsoft Excel files. Excellent oral and written communication. Experience in handling Outlook Emails. Preferrably good typing skills.
