Freelance Recruiter/Researcher – MRI Worldwide UAE
As a freelance recruiting researcher you will be responsible for identifying qualified, experienced & executive search candidates.
You will determine parameters for prioritizing candidates (i.e., which types of profiles are of greatest interest) and build profiles of targeted individuals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
Builds and maintains a competitive intelligence database, qualifying and extracting information from multiple data sources, to provide candidate target lists for focused recruitment.
Working with the Account managers, develop and execute candidate generation strategies utilizing competitive market data and social outreach expertise to identify and manage diverse talent pools.
Partner closely with the internal team to understand specific talent needs and to successfully build a pipeline of active and passive top talent through various sourcing channels.
Reach out to prospective passive candidates using various sources and schedule interviews with the hiring teams.
2-5 years of volume research experience, preferably gained while working in a professional services, corporate or a technology recruiting environments.
Goal driven and self-sufficient with the ability to proactively take initiative
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills; ability to build working relationships with candidates and prospective candidates.
Energetic, flexible and comfortable with ambiguity, particularly in the context of evolving projects, parameters or timelines
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently
Resourceful and creative in leveraging a variety of tools (beyond just LinkedIn Recruiter) to find great talent
Strong computer, analytical & social media skills
