Handling administrative tasks
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when
Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries/ couriers.
Maintains safe and clean reception area.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings.
Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
Coordinate the need of premium material with the head office in France.
Coordinate the maintenance and the logistic of office equipment.
Coordinate administrative tasks with Local authority when needed.
