Internship Human Resources – Mercedes-Benz
- Assist HR Business Partners with employees’ on-boarding and off-boarding process.
- Handle regular digital and paper filing.
- Assist with HR U.A.E specific administration processes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights and hotel bookings).
- Prepare and analyse people statistics using Power BI technology needed for Board of Management meetings.
- Coordinate team meetings.
- Fully support HR Business Partners.
- Regularly advertise and manage jobs on relevant Career Portals.
- Manage LinkedIn Recruiter Administration.
- Coordinate meetings and interviews.
- Manage correspondence with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist employee training initiatives.
- Support the internship program.
- Support the execution of employee recognition programs.
- Design HR work instructions and guidelines.
- Support in implementation of HR policies.
