Key Account Manager – Consumer electronics – Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group
Job Purpose and Scope:
Develop strategies to position Better Life Appliances brands through Power retail & Hyper Markets whilst exploring new business channels.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare & implement business plan to achieve and exceed budgets for assigned Key Accounts.
- Build cordial and strong relationship with key buyer to enhance brand value of Better Life brands.
- Ensure all Better Life brands are listed with assigned retailers.
- Implement “best merchandising practices”; and ensure Better Life brands get higher shop floor visibility.
- Provide necessary reports on brand management, merchandising status to management for review.
- Develop strategies and ensure Better Life brands are priority brands with retailers.
- Ensure Better Life brands get prominent presence in all retailer promotional activities.
- Regularly conduct market research and propose to management areas of improvement and untapped opportunities.
- Share market intelligence with Line Manager on competitor performance & consumer preferences.
- Provide sales forecast data to enable timely procurement and to maintain minimum stock level at all times.
- Motivate, train and develop Merchandisers and ensure best results.
- Assign Merchandiser targets as per store potential.
- Evaluate after sales and installation service response time and suggest improvements.
