Leads the planning and execution of all marketing & communications activities. Achieves agreed marketing & communications operational objectives by contributing marketing information to strategic plans, budget setting, implementing customer service standards, identifying trends and determining system improvements. Provides leadership to junior team members.
Marketing Strategy: 35% of role
Suggest and set the direction of the Marketing Strategy for both divisions, including Action Plans and Objectives .
Market research – Identify new revenue, growth and business development opportunities.
Identify, acquire and integrate platforms, technologies and services for optimizing sales, marketing and operations (Hootsuite, HubSpot, Monday.com, Trello, MailChimp, etc.)
Research and contract strategic service providers and agencies e.g. Website optimisation, SEO, Public Relations distribution, lead generation etc.
Build relationships with representation and agency partners.
Acquire support (marketing, sales, financial) from partners for local/ regional sales, marketing and PR activities.
Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
Marketing Operations: 40% of role
Plan brand and product Marketing campaigns, including email marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaigns and provide data analytics to ensure maximum effectiveness
Plan and contract exhibition & event participation (including contract, booth, product, sales and marketing activities) and Advertising Activities.
Plan and manage in-house events and roadshows.
Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
Creation & management of Social Media Marketing and Content Calendar.
Content plan and Content creation .
Manage strategic service providers and agencies.
Monitor CRM updates (Sales Deals, Segments list, Pipeline).
Website updates (Structure, Leadgen. Forms, format, content, etc.)
Creating Sales and Marketing Collateral: Product Presentations, Fact Sheets, etc.
Source & manage campaign suppliers (Graphic Design, Video production, Merchandise, Printing, Catering, Event Services).
Business Development/Sales Support 10% of role
Provide specialist marketing knowledge to aid in planning sales and business development strategy e.g. for proposal submissions.
Prepare sales materials following brand standards for the sales team to use.
Attend high-level client meetings if required for the benefit of Reach MENA.
Financial Responsibility: 10% of role
Meet marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing & managing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Ensure all resources are efficiently utilised.
Brand Representative: 5% of role
Have a professional standard of personal presentation to reflect the Company’s image.
Represent the company at PR and press opportunities.
