Product Manager – Spectrum Talent Management
-Create relationship with carriers in all locations where we operate.
-Global Relationship to be translated to local relationships.
-Should be able to consolidate reports and be able to showcase it as a negotiation tool.
-Create ease of business in dealing with carriers, ability to full information and thereby limiting the time taken to reach them (system wise) & setting SLA?s with carriers which should be monitored regularly.
-Work on creating and achieving Volume based incentives as a group.
-Delivering the proposed volumes to carriers by monitoring commitment v/s delivery.
-Undertake joint sales calls with field sales, strategize and assist the key account sales team to actively promote and sell Air Freight (Imports and Exports).
-To develop strategic alliances with airlines to optimize pricing and products on our key trade lanes.
-Liaise with intra FSL offices and overseas agents.
-Manage the relationship between the dedicated operations team, client, finance and any other key growth targets.
