Replicon – Bangalore, Karnataka – Key Responsibilities: Train new & existing Sales Reps on Replicon s innovative system for selling software solutions and industry acumen Ensure our sales map is maintained as well all the available tools for the team are available on the sales intranet Provide on-going sales coaching by working one-on-one with sales reps on sales calls, finding ways to improve the sales rep s business acumen and communication skills with C-level stakeholders to move deals forward. Identify strategies to reduce time-to-productivity for new hires. Maintain and update the online learning modules with sales enablement material when necessary. Develop and maintain training curriculum and supporting materials Ensure that all new employees are trained within the allotted time for training on their specific role.
