Sales executive – Fine Hygienic Paper
Under limited supervision handle the following-
1.Sales forecasting coordinating with Distributor representative and communicate with Supply chain after verified by BDM.
2. Shipment sales achievement- Follow up of sales volume/value given by BDM on a monthly basis
3. Follow up on Order processing of distributors and communicate orders to SC team.
4. Analytical skills and processing Sales reports on a weekly monthly basis .
5. New product/items prices, samples arrangement to distributors in coordination with BDM.
6.Distributor Trade spend analysis and make sure in line with approved budget limit by BDM.
7.Receivables follow up and reconciliation of trade spend debit notes.
8. To coordinate with Category heads Marketing materials /POSM etc in order to process those for distributor markets.
