• Implementing sale plan to meet agreed targets.
• Identifying the customer’s need and to deploy customer engagement plan.
• Developing commercial relationships with key customers. (B2B and B2C)
• Monitoring and managing the performance of the sales departments along with setup sale team in UAE.
• Planning and driving B2B and B2C promotion along with marketing team.
• Developing marketing campaigns with assigned budgets.
• Developing and managing social media advertisement and below the line advertisement with marketing team.
• Collecting and preparing Monthly Sales data and updated market situation to General Manager
• Updating and summarizing the competitors activities, i.e. new product, new promotion, margin, so on.
• Recruiting and training sale staff base on company’s requirement.
• Managing the trade promotion and customer promotion’s budget with marketing team and General Manager.
• Searching for the prospect customers and increasing the business with existing customers.
• Managing Planogram and merchandising display in the customer’s store.
• Managing the cash collection from customers with agreed trade term.
• Managing the effective distribution strategy for all UAE market based on company’s requirement
