Identify inefficiencies. Provide staff productivity reports for plant staff on daily/weekly/monthly basis and link it to cost *Logistics/fuel/diesel/ Vehicle Maintenance costs analysis *Staff Allowances cost/trend study *Outlet Expenses/rent/sales/commission trends.
