Service Manager – Industrial Refrigeration – ADECCO MIDDLE EAST
Adecco Middle East is currently recruiting for an Service Manager for one of our client based in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for a resource who has extensive experience in providing service to the customers within the MENA region and other remote locations for Service Sales / Spare Parts for Industrial Refrigeration products.
Ensure service sales growth is maximized within existing dedicated customer portfolio through expanding the depth and breadth of offerings by using the applicable service sales process & tools.
Ensure to achieve gross margin and productivity levels on existing contracts with dedicated customer portfolio.
Builds and manages long term relationships with customers. Focal point of contact for customers’ facility manager. Build partnering relationships with end-users. Determine and address customer expectations, needs and problems.
Promote the value proposition to existing dedicated customer portfolio through providing technical solutions as well as demonstrating applicable technical knowledge.
Monitor customer satisfaction, take the lead in solving complex service or execution issues, be involved in contract negotiations, and provide any other required support.
Ensure all service sales opportunities are supported by the appropriate installation and/or service teams.
Provide management and customers with regular status updates and summary reviews.
Work through Service Engineers to ensure the delivery of quality service and pull through as well as flawless execution of all contractual obligations.
Technical Education within engineering is essential, preferably within industrial refrigeration or Mechanical.
Demonstrable track record within an industrial refrigeration environment.
A technical understanding of ammonia / freon / CO2 compressors in refrigeration system is essential.
