Soft Service Manager – Khidmah LLC
The position as a Soft Services Manager has the responsibility of the cleaning contracts, which includes but not limited to:
Submit Pricing/costs and Technical specifications for new tenders;
Liaise with all Facilities Supervisors for each contract to implement the operation once the contract has been appointed;
Implement standards of work within live contracts through setting standards and producing effective administration;
Implement SLA’s and KPI’s as specified in each contract;
Review and evaluate existing soft and hard services contracts, to provide KPI and SLA’s.
Build relationships to further develop the business;
Provide day-to-day operational support to the client;
Assist with overseeing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) scheduling;
Managing sub-contractor, third-party and supplier enquires.
Support and advise Site Supervisors with operational challenges and provide relevant reports
Conduct HR interviews and selection of key staff for new projects;
Carry out training, coaching and development of the team to empower and develop the business;
Purchasing of suitable equipment and chemicals for each contract within the budget.
