Technical Product Support Specialist – Sprinkler S – Johnson Controls
What you will do
The Technical Product Support Specialist is an advance training and technical support role reporting to the Fire Suppression Technical Support & Training Manager responsible for the Asia Pacific & Middle East region.
It is a key role for the Middle East region to support our sales & growth initiatives by providing technical/design support and training services for our Fire Sprinkler System customers from our Training Centre in Dubai and in-country across the region as required to support our distributor’s knowledge and engagement on our solutions.
As a member of this team, you will work within a dynamic environment that provides a platform for you to have immediate impact on our customer experience.
How you will do it
As a Product & Certification Manager you support the full product range of Fire Sprinkler Systems. You have an in-depth technical knowledge in water based fire protection products as well as codes & standards (such as NFPA, FM, EnN, VdS). You provide technical and specification support to both our Sales teams and Customers, assisting them to identify the right products and design the right solutions to use.
You are a confident communicator able to engage an audience and deliver training on our products, also supporting new product development projects and roll-outs in region. With your technical knowledge you will be able to assist with upgrading the equipment in out training center and making repairs as required.
You are a natural self-starter, problem solver and data/analytics driven with the ability to explain technological concepts to a non-technical audience combined with a customer-orientated attitude.
